Flooring complete

Carpet, hardwood, bath accessories, landscape

Quality Assurance - Home is 100%

Inspections - power - energy star - point up
1 week from stage 7

Stage 9

Warranty handoff - closed home

Orientation and Closing 100% complete
In Nashville - this is 10 days from stage 8
